Privacy policy
This page describes the data processed when you open a tapline link (NFC tag or QR code) and when you use the customer area.

Opening a public link
When a tapline link is opened, we record an open event limited to the following data:
- a fingerprint of the IP address, hashed with a salt that rotates daily (never the address itself)
- the device family (mobile, tablet, desktop), with no unique identifier
- the domain of the referring site, if any
- the browser language
These events are deleted automatically after 90 days. Only daily totals per link are kept beyond that.
No cookies on public pages
Opening a link sets no advertising or tracking cookie and requires no account.
Customer area
The customer area uses a session cookie strictly necessary for signing in and a cookie that remembers the chosen language. Account data (email address, name) is used only to manage your access.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to us using the contact details on the home page.
